QUICK GUIDE

Build and manage Dealer territories

1

Review national coverage

National overview shows active plans only. Use the Dealer checkboxes to compare territories. Draft plans do not occupy areas.

2

Choose a Dealer and Plan

Open Plan editor, choose a Dealer, then select one of its plans. Each Dealer can keep multiple plans, but only one can be active.

3

Generate the starting territory

Add one or more addresses, set a radius for each, and click Update territory. Any ZIP area touched by a circle is included in full. Updating replaces manual adjustments.

4

Refine the coverage

Zoom in until editing is enabled. Click an area to add or remove it, or use Box select for multiple areas. Gray areas assigned to another Dealer cannot be selected.

5

Save, activate and resolve conflicts

Save the draft first, then activate it. If another Dealer already owns an area, activation is blocked and conflicts appear in red. Remove the conflicts, save, and activate again.

6

Export and revisit

Export the current map as an image or export plans to Excel. Saved plans keeps the complete library grouped by Dealer.

Coverage uses mailing-name mappings and 2020 Census ZCTA boundaries for planning. It is not a current USPS delivery-boundary master.
